We’re Hiring: HR Officer
📍 Accra, Ghana | Full-Time
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to lead and strengthen our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Lead performance management & employee engagement
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with the Ghana Labour Act
- Implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience (lead experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of the Ghana Labour Act
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High integrity and confidentiality
