A reputable and growing 2-star hotel located in the environs of the University of Cape Coast invites applications from qualified, experienced and results-oriented professionals to fill the following management positions:

1. Operations Manager

Qualification & Experience:

1. A minimum qualification of First Degree in Hospitality
2. Management, Business Administration or related field.
3. Master's degree is an added advantage
4. Minimum of 4 years of operational experience in the hospitality sector
5. - Strong organizational and supervisory skills

2. Facility Manager

Qualification & Experience:

1. First Degree/HND in Engineering, Building Technology,
2. Facilities Management or related field. Master's degree is an added advantage
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility or property management
4. Strong technical and problem-solving skills

3. Sales & Marketing Manager

Qualification & Experience:

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in hospitality

4. Chef

Qualification & Experience:

1. Diploma in Culinary Arts or Catering. First Degree is an added advantage
2. Minimum of 3 years experience as a chef in hospitality

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Computer literacy is required
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. High level of integrity and professionalism
