Position: Personal Assistant to the Executive Director
Location: Agbogba / North Legon, Accra

About the Role
Strategic Aviation Service is seeking a highly organized, proactive and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Executive Director. The successful candidate will help coordinate administrative functions, manage schedules, and support organizational activities in a growing nonprofit environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track action items
- Draft emails, correspondence, reports and presentations
- Screen calls and serve as a point of contact for stakeholders
- Organize records, documents and office files
- Track deadlines and follow up on tasks and commitments
- Support board meeting preparation and documentation
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Help coordinate events, programs, interns and volunteers
- Support fundraising and grant administration tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications or related field)
- Minimum 2 years administrative or executive support experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Professional, adaptable and solution-oriented
- Passion for nonprofit or mission-driven work
- Valid Class B Driver’s License with at least 2 years driving experience
