Online Marketing Executive - Growth Architects Ghana

WE ARE HIRING: ONLINE & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Are you creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about growing brands online? We are looking for a results-driven Online & Marketing Executive to join our team and help strengthen our digital presence and customer engagement.

Location: Accra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
2. Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Create engaging content, captions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
4. Monitor and respond to online inquiries, messages, and customer feedback.
5. Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google.
6. Track marketing performance and provide analytics reports and insights.
7. Coordinate promotions, product launches, and marketing events.
8. Work closely with management to execute brand awareness and sales strategies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 1–3 years experience in digital marketing or social media management.
3. Strong knowledge of content creation, social media strategy, and online advertising.
4. Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools is an advantage.
5. Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
