About the Role
BLVCK Sapphire is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy tertiary recent graduate based in Accra to support our engagement with business partners. This role involves visiting partner organizations, ensuring smooth adoption of our digital platform, and gathering valuable feedback to help improve user experience and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a recent graduate interested in business, technology, operations, or product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned business partners regularly to monitor platform usage and provide basic support
- Encourage consistent adoption by helping users understand essential features
- Collect structured feedback from partner staff and stakeholders
- Document usage patterns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare concise reports and share insights with the internal team
- Serve as an on-ground liaison between partners and BLVCK Sapphire
- Identify ways to strengthen engagement and satisfaction across partner sites

- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

- Willing and able to travel between partner locations within Accra
