RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Assistant
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain office organization and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
Customer Service Representative
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
- Process orders, requests, and follow-ups efficiently
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum of 1-2 years' proven experience in customer service or a related role
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively
. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure
