We’re Hiring: Customer Success Associate

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Associate to ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and empathetic individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and guide them through product adoption
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Monitor customer usage and proactively address potential issues
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate where necessary
- Track customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Support retention efforts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in customer success, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Experience in telecommunications or tech is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
