Role Overview:

This role combines social media management with broader marketing responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for building our online presence, executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and communicating our value to a technical and non-technical audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow company social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) 
2. Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos) 
3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services (Includes F2F marketing 
4. Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments/messages professionally 
5. Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing efforts 
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business goals 
7. Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics, providing actionable insights 
8. Support email marketing, website content updates, and SEO initiatives 
9. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies 

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing 
2. Strong communication and copywriting skills 
3. Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software 
4. Understanding of marketing principles (branding, lead generation, conversion) 
5. Basic knowledge of IT/tech industry is preferred 
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

1. Experience in B2B marketing, especially in IT or SaaS 
2. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising (PPC, social ads) 
3. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
4. Experience with CRM or marketing automation tool
