WE ARE HIRING – CASHIER / CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
A restaurant is seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Officer to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process cash, Mobile Money, and card payments accurately.
- Take customer orders and ensure they are recorded correctly.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp.
- Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate (WASSCE).
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is an advantage.
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer or POS system knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
Preferred Residential Areas
Applicants residing in Haatso, Madina, North Legon, Westlands, Christian Village, Agbogba, Achimota, or nearby communities will be given preference.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Six (6) working days per week
Salary
GHS 1,000 – GHS 1,500 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
