We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team in Tse Addo, Accra.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Must be based in Accra and available for a hybrid work arrangement
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company's financial operations and reporting
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Monitor cash flow and provide strategic financial insights to management
• Lead and support the finance and accounting function
