Position: Field Overseers

Benso Oil Palm Plantation has a permanent vacancy for Field Overseers.

Requirements

1. Minimum Qualification: Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Agriculture.
2. Must have at least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
3. Ability to manage a diverse workforce and be a good team player.
4. Good communication and report-writing skills.
5. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

1. Perform field harvesting and maintenance supervision duties.
2. Administer First Aid when required.
3. Prepare and submit reports.
