HR OFFICER
Requirements:
Establishing a localized HR system, and formulating annual manpower plans to support departmental operations.
Managing the HR team, overseeing recruitment for core positions, expanding local recruitment channels to ensure talent supply.
Handle employee relations, performance, and compensation & benefits management.
Skill requirements
More than 3 years of HR experience, familiar with Ghana labor laws and employment policies.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
Knowledgeable about recruitment channels
Excellent organizational and communication skills,
Proficient in using office software
