We're recruiting on behalf of a client in the real estate and hospitality sector for an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of premium residential and commercial properties in Accra.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is looking to grow into a senior operational leadership role as the business expands.
You'll be responsible for:
• Managing the daily operations of a boutique serviced apartment property
• Overseeing a commercial property
• Coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, security, and contractors
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Improving operational processes and controlling costs
• Supporting the continued growth of the business
We're looking for someone who:
• Takes initiative and enjoys ownership
• Is highly organised and dependable
• Has strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Is confident managing vendors, contractors, and day-to-day operations
• Is eager to learn and grow with a growing business
Location: Accra, Ghana (On-site)
Salary: GHS 3,000 – GHS 4,500 per month (based on experience and capability)
