Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business targets
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build sustainable systems and processes for sales performance and customer acquisition
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market trends
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
- Develop pricing, promotional and customer retention strategies
- Strengthen client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with management to align business goals with operational execution
- Train, mentor and motivate team members for improved productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in fintech, telecom, technology, or financial services is an advantage
