Experience: 10–15+ Years
🔹 6 MUST-HAVES:
1️⃣ Strong hands-on experience in Blown Film Extrusion – Mono & Multilayer
2️⃣ Proven experience in PP Sheet Extrusion & Thermoforming
3️⃣ Strong exposure to Plastic / PE Recycling Operations
4️⃣ Experience managing large-scale plastics manufacturing plants / multiple production departments
5️⃣ Strong expertise in OEE, productivity, yield, waste reduction, downtime & cost control
6️⃣ Proven leadership across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Procurement & Operations
➕ Advantage: Injection Moulding experience | Africa/Ghana exposure | Lean Manufacturing | Engineering/Polymer/Plastics background
