- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the HR team and Line Managers to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and resolve conflicts.
- Performance Management: Implement and maintain effective performance management systems.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR processes, including employee data management, benefits administration, and employee communications.
