EON Engineering Solutions is a leading engineering and construction company, specialized in execution of Civil engineering, Marine engineering and Construction projects.

Position Description

1. Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System .
2. Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements.
3. Prepare and maintain Inspection Chack list and Test Plans .
4. Coordinate inspections with consultants and client representatives.
5. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
6. Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports , Site Observation Reports , and corrective actions.
7. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and material approvals.
8. Coordinate testing, inspections, and project handover documentation.
9. Work closely with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and HSE teams to ensure quality compliance.
10. Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction documentation.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
12. Experience with AutoCAD and document management platforms will be an advantage.

Position Requirements

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3-5 year’s proven experience in QA/QC on commercial or high-rise construction projects.
3. Experience in refurbishment or reconstruction projects will be considered an advantage.
4. Must be willing to work on the construction site in Accra, Ghana.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
6. Good command of spoken and written English.
7. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
