Job Description
We are looking for self-motivated Sales Executives to promote our shipping and freight services, build long-term customer relationships, and support business growth.
You will handle the full sales cycle — from customer contact and quotations to shipment follow-up and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships; promote company services through daily communication and customer visits where required.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and support shipment confirmation.
- Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and customer feedback to ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports; coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams for smooth shipment delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while complying with company pricing policies and sales procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience — experience in logistics, freight, or services is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, customer follow-up, and relationship management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple customers, and follow company policies with honesty and responsibility.
