Job Summary
The Training Centre Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination, and growth of the Sinetheta Engineering Group Ltd. Training Centre. The role will ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes while actively driving student recruitment, enquiries, registrations, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate must be organised, customer-focused, commercially minded, and able to contribute directly to increasing student enrolment and revenue for the Training Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Centre Administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Training Centre.
- Coordinate training schedules, classrooms, instructors, and training materials.
- Manage student registration, attendance, records, certificates, and communication.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing students.
Student Recruitment and Growth
- Actively promote Sinetheta Engineering Group Ltd.'s training programmes to attract new students.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective students into registered participants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, companies, professional groups, and other potential referral partners.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, open days, exhibitions, and other student recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of *2-3 years of experience* in administration, customer service, sales, education, training, or business development.
- Experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer acquisition will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
