What you'll do:
- Manage daily hub operations for smooth, efficient workflow
- Receive, verify, and sort packages against manifests and destinations
- Dispatch packages and coordinate handovers with riders, drivers, and partners nationwide
- Maintain accurate package records and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare operational reports and escalate missing, damaged, or delayed shipment issues
