What You'll Do
1. Spot opportunities in strategic meetings with the E.D.
2. Assess market potential, risks and strategic fit.
3. Build business cases with real numbers.
4. Hand over to the right Group company and track delivery.
What You'll Bring
- BSc Civil Engineering or Architecture + Master’s in Business / Strategy.
- 8–15 years in BD, strategy, consulting or investment.
- Confident with senior executives.
- Total discretion (NDA required).
