Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Controller with strong experience in African operations, especially within manufacturing sectors. The candidate will lead the finance team, ensure compliance, manage working capital, and drive strategic financial planning while being aligned with HQ policies.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Financial Strategy & Leadership:

Lead the finance function in Ghana, aligning with regional and global strategies.

Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support decision-making.

Oversee cash flow planning, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.

🔹 Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws, GRA filings, VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, etc.

Handle statutory and internal audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.

🔹 Controls & Governance:

Implement and monitor internal controls, accounting procedures, and cost-saving initiatives.

Monitor inventory valuation, stock audits, and cost accounting.

🔹 Treasury & Fund Management:

Manage bank relationships, FX transactions, and fund repatriation where applicable.

Monitor CAPEX, OPEX, and vendor payments while maintaining credit control.

🔹 Team Management:

Lead and mentor the local accounting team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, HR, and operations.



Candidate Profile:

Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA).

10–15 years of finance experience, which, 3 years should be as Head of Finance / independent n charge of Finance function of a manufacturing company with annual turnover of 50M US$.

African experience is essential.

Electronic and Electrical Engineer - Atlantic Meridian EV

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electronic and Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage the technical operations of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Maintenance Service Center. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EV systems, battery management, power electronics, and electrical diagnostics. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric vehicles while maintaining high safety and performance standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Repair electrical and electronic faults in EVs, including battery systems, motor controllers, charging systems, and onboard electronics.
  • Perform Maintenance on high-voltage battery packs, inverters, DC-DC converters, and other EV-specific components.
  • Troubleshoot Software & Hardware issues related to EV control systems using diagnostic tools (e.g., OBD-II scanners, manufacturer-specific software).
  • Conduct Safety Inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC, or OEM guidelines).
  • Manage Service Operations, including workflow optimization, technician supervision, and quality control.
  • Stay Updated on emerging EV technologies, industry trends, and manufacturer service bulletins.
  • Train & Mentor junior technicians on EV maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
  • Liaise with Customers to explain technical issues, provide service recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Documentation of repairs, service logs, and warranty claims.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, EV maintenance, or power electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, battery management systems (BMS), and electric drivetrains.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools (e.g., CAN bus analyzers, multimeters, oscilloscopes).
  • Familiarity with EV manufacturers’ systems (Tesla, BYD, Rivian, etc.) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as ASE EV Certification, OEM training, or high-voltage safety certification are preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety.
  • Leadership ability to manage a technical team in a fast-paced environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a civil engineering background to lead construction projects from initiation to completion. This role demands a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong technical knowledge in construction methodologies and project planning, and excels at aligning resources, timelines, and teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

 


  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning & Execution

· Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.

· Develop comprehensive project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.

· Monitor project milestones and adjust plans to meet evolving needs.

· Organize weekly progress meetings and stand-ups with internal and site teams.


 Team & Resource Management

· Oversee and allocate labor, materials, and equipment for efficient resource utilization.

· Lead, mentor, and support site engineers and project staff.

· Support the recruitment and onboarding of technical and site personnel.


 Client & Stakeholder Communication

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors.

· Facilitate regular updates, feedback sessions, and reporting to stakeholders and upper management.


 Contract & Quality Management

· Administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

· Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.

· Oversee on-site inspections and ensure construction aligns with building codes and standards.

· Lead quality assurance checks and continuous improvement efforts.

 Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including drawings, permits, reports, and completion records.

· Submit project close-out reports and ensure regulatory documentation is filed appropriately.

 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

· 4–6 years of proven experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction sector.

· Strong knowledge of construction techniques, design interpretation, cost control, and project lifecycles.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit/BIM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Familiarity with contract law, site safety standards, building codes, and local regulations.

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
