Objective: We are seeking a proactive and highly discreet Executive Assistant (In-Person) to provide in-person lifestyle, logistical, and administrative support to a high-performing executive. This role focuses on strategic scheduling, executive support and Virtual Administrative Assistant (digital task execution) by focusing on private coordination, and on-the-ground execution that enhances the executive's work-life integration. This is a full-time position for a Ghanaian Resident.

Location: Accra, Ghana

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Manage and organize the executive's complex calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events to optimize time and priorities.
  2. Arrange detailed travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meeting schedules.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for communications, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  4. Prepare, proofread, and organize reports, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documents.
  5. Coordinate and record minutes of meetings when required, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  6. Compile and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
  7. Assist in project coordination by conducting research, preparing reports, and liaising with various departments.
  8. Maintain systems and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  9. Act as a gatekeeper to protect the executive's time and focus on strategic priorities.
  10. Support special projects and events as assigned, including personal or family-related tasks when necessary.
  11. Train and mentor junior administrative staff if applicable.
  12. Be responsive to communications outside normal business hours as needed.
  13. Be accessible during extended hours for urgent personal needs.
  14. Flexibly support weekends or travel days if pre-arranged.


Position Qualifications:

  1. The Executive Assistant must have:
  2. Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level individuals.
  3. Impeccable discretion and professionalism.
  4. Strong organizational skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  6. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  7. Must be based in Accra and have reliable transportation.


With Preference Qualifications:

  1. Background in hospitality, lifestyle management, or concierge services.
  2. Familiarity with high-net-worth or fast-paced entrepreneurial households.
  3. Tech-savvy with the ability to coordinate with digital assistants and online tools.

Role Overview:


We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Officer who will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Create RFQs and POs on the ERP platform (Odoo)
  • Communicate Purchase Order with vendors to determine terms and availability of goods/services
  • Track pending orders assigned to vendors
  • Track vendor payment with the Account unit
  • Carryout supplier's core competence assessment and evaluate performance
  • Source for better and alternative cost to what is currently being gotten from existing vendors
  • Negotiate vendor's quote
  • Vendor management.
  • Track delivery of imported orders with the clearing agent
  • Generate and analyze spend reports as may be required
  • Carry out other Procurement/Supply Chain functions that may be assigned
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
