JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead by example and set high standards.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention.
- Manage training, development, and performance appraisal.
- Maintain attendance and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Develop HR strategies and policies for a positive work environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- First degree in HR or related field.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
