We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Officer & Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are well-organized, courteous, and capable of handling front desk and basic administrative duties efficiently.
Position Overview
As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment and a smooth flow of administrative support activities within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and guide guests; issue guest badges
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Handle client complaints or direct them to the appropriate staff
- File and organize documents
- Maintain office schedules and appointments
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Respond to customer and general inquiries
- Perform basic secretarial tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Educational Level: A good First Degree (any discipline)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizing abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and the ability to work with diverse teams
