Job Opportunity – Front Office Manager
📍 Location: Osu, Accra
A reputable hospitality company located in Osu is looking to hire a Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front office operations, including reception, guest services, and reservations.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Train, manage, and motivate front desk staff to deliver professional service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth guest flow.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage room inventory, occupancy levels, and front office reporting.
- Maintain proper cash handling, billing, and auditing processes.
- Monitor staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures.
