CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to calls, messages & emails about orders and deliveries.
- Keep customers informed about their package status and any updates.
- Handle complaints and delays quickly, professionally, and with care.
- Assist with orders - help place, modify, or explain delivery options.
- Coordinate with dispatch & warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Use digital tools to log issues and follow up with customers until resolved
- must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with basic systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- A recent graduate
- Bachelors degree in communication, Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in related field
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Very good Interpersonal skills
Salary: Ghc1,300
