About the Role
As a Front Office Executive / Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for guests and callers, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors & calls
- Share information on company products & services
- Manage office documents & records
- Handle attendance, petty cash & daily reports
- Maintain office and pantry supplies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Front Office/Admin roles (FMCG, Hospitality, or Manufacturing preferred)
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounts knowledge is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Preferably residing around the Airport Area
Salary & Benefits
- GHS 3,000 – 4,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
