Client Experience Executive

Reports To: Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Experience Executive to support and manage client interactions, onboarding, and service delivery, ensuring a positive and consistent experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives aimed at improving overall client experience
- Receive, log, and follow up on client enquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Assist with the implementation of customer service guidelines
- Prepare and send client documentation and forms as required
- Draft and issue client agreements and onboarding documents
- Send welcome and onboarding communications to new clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support client onboarding processes and respond to client enquiries
Requirements:
- Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, or sales support is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems
