We’re seeking an experienced HR & Employee Relations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations, grievance handling & disciplinary processes
- HR policy implementation & labor law compliance
- HR documentation & employee records oversight
- Training coordination & employee engagement support
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- HR reporting and management advisory
- Document control for company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ HR experience (advantage)
- Strong organizational, communication & documentation skills
