Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise branch teams to achieve operational and revenue targets.
- Oversee daily courier operations including pickups, sorting, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure excellent service.
- Manage fleet, equipment, and operational resources efficiently.
- Drive revenue growth and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor branch finances, handle cash, and ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Submit regular operational and financial reports to Head Office.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years management experience, preferably in courier, logistics, or service industries.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and multi-team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements
- Mature candidate (35-45 years preferred).
- Married (preferred).
