Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support HR operations and align people strategies with business goals. The successful candidate will manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, staff development, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Work with department heads on business and staffing needs,
- Advise management on HR and employee matters.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Support organizational development and change management.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and workplace conflicts.
- Support managers with performance management and staff development.
- Organize and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
- Monitor employee engagement and suggest improvements.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Support succession planning and talent development.
- Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmations.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll inputs, leave, and attendance management.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development
- Identify departmental training needs.
- Organize staff training and development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth.
Team Supervision
- Supervise and support junior HR staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Encourage teamwork and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years' HR experience, including supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- High professionalism, confidentiality, and organization skills.
