JOB SUMMARY
We’re seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Regional Operations Supervisor. If you’re passionate about logistics and delivery operations, we’d love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support in coordinating branch, terminal, and field operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in tracking unscanned items, delays, and discrepancies, ensuring they are promptly addressed or escalated.
- Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, including unscanned items, delays, and related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with branches, terminals, and operational teams on daily activities and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least one (4) year of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role. Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
