The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Consultant who acts as a trusted advisor to clients and a crucial bridge between hiring companies and top-tier talent. You won't just sell services; you will architect strategic staffing solutions, drive revenue, and manage key client accounts from pitch to success.
What You Will Own & Drive:
Strategic Growth & Research
Build market capacity through targeted industry research, identifying new business channels, and mapping decision-makers.
Consultative Selling
Market our exclusive HR services using creative, brand-aligned outreach strategies, leading high- impact presentations and meetings.
Key Account Leadership
Own end-to-end client relationships, deeply understanding their company cultures, managing service expectations, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and PMR.
Financial & Commercial Ownership
Manage terms of business, project budgets, timely invoicing, and account collections to ensure total client satisfaction and operational health.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources,Public Relations or related fields.
- A minimum of five years of experience in business development, B2B sales, consultative sales or a similar role.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with a natural ability to command a room, influence decision-makers, and secure buy-in.
- Strong research and reporting capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Ability to use social media professionally.
- A sharp understanding of how branding and brand compliance drive corporate credibility and project success.
