Filling Station Manager

JD Link Oil Company Limited, a leading supplier of petroleum and allied products, is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Filling Station Managers. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our filling stations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient customer service and safe fuel handling procedures.
2. Manage fuel stock levels, product deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
3. Supervise and train station staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and health & safety regulations.
4. Monitor sales activities and cash management, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
5. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
6. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Procurement, or related fields (Minimum 2nd Class Lower)
2. 4 guarantors required
3. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
4. Strong communication and customer service abilities.
5. Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
6. Proficiency in basic financial management and stock control.
7. Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
8. Basic computer literacy.
