As a receptionist, you shall be responsible for welcoming guests, managing office activities, and assisting clients to keep daily operations running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the company's first point of contact by warmly welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person and responding to enquiries with professionalism.
Handle scheduling, emails, calls, document preparation, and general office administration to support smooth daily operations.
Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and general administrative logistics.
Provide excellent customer care, handle feedback, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Uphold office standards, support inter-department coordination, report to the administrator, and assist with team tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
At least a diploma in business administration, or a similar field, is required.
Two years of demonstrated working experience in a corporate office, retail, or showroom environment.
Good at managing schedules, files, and multiple tasks.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, customer-friendly, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
