• 5+ years’ experience in underground or shaft mining environments
• Relevant tertiary qualification & MiNCOM certifications
• OEM training (for technicians)
• Strong grasp of mining statutory obligations and safety standards
• Medically fit for underground operations

 • Experience in underground or shaft operations

 • Certificate of Competency (for supervisors)

 • Strong knowledge of underground safety procedures

 • Ability to work safely and independently in demanding conditions

 • Physically and medically fit for underground work
