Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and employee relations

Qualifications, Skills and Related Experience
Qualification
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. HR Professional Certification (CIPD, SHRM, IHRMP, etc.) is required.
Work Experience
  1. Minimum of 10 years progressive HR and Administration experience, with at least 5 years in a
  2. senior/executive role in a large construction or engineering firm.
  3. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices in the construction sector.
  4. Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple project sites or locations.
