As a receptionist at Shalina Diagnostics, you are responsible for providing front-desk support at the diagnostic centre. This role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating patient records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, laboratory staff, and management.   11. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  12. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report distribution.

Essential qualifications, experience and skills:

Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, Health Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative (experience in healthcare or diagnostics is an advantage).
