 The role ensures that all creative materials align with GLICO's brand standards, regulatory requirements, and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Creative Development

Design high-quality marketing and promotional materials, including flyers, posters, banners, newsletters, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.

Create engaging digital assets for the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising.

Develop creative concepts and visual designs that effectively communicate health insurance products, benefits, wellness campaigns, and corporate initiatives.

Produce illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to simplify complex health insurance information.

Qualifications

Experience

  1. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in graphic design, preferably within the insurance, healthcare, financial services, or corporate sector.
  2. Experience working with digital marketing campaigns and print production.

Technical Skills
  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  2. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics/video editing software is an advantage.
  3. Familiarity with Canva and other online design platforms.
  4. Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is desirable.
  5. Photography and photo editing skills are an added advantage.
  6. Strong knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing.

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily operations for an interior renovation project at a U.S. Embassy facility to be based in Ghana. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising all on‑site construction activities, coordinating workflows with subcontractors, and ensuring full compliance with U.S. Embassy safety, security, and quality standards. Ensures that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.

Prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.

Supervises work crews to best utilize manpower and materials, exercises discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.

Familiar with all Company safety and QA/QC procedures, regulations and strictly enforces them with the workforce under his responsibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior renovation project with at least 3 years of experience as Foreman.

Diploma in Civil or High school certificate

2 years post-qualification experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required

Must be a Chartered Accountant or a student member of a recognized professional accounting body (final level), such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) or ACCA.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and financial controls.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with financial data and reports.

Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
