Job role

Role Summary:

Responsible for providing financial solutions to existing and prospective customers based on their financial needs. He or She is expected to partner clients or customers to achieve their dreams by demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the company’s products and services while offering tailor made financial solutions to meet their needs now and in the future

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct financial need analysis to develop and implement a customized financial plan to achieve the financial goals of customers
  2. Achieve targets through effective planning and time management.
  3. Proactively build and maintain a pool of customers through presenting our innovative products and providing professional Financial Advisory services.
  4. Submit daily and weekly reports.
  5. Identify key opportunities for revenue growth.
  6. Support and guide customers through the decision-making process by displaying exceptional product knowledge and customer centeredness.
  7. Regularly reviewing customer’s portfolios/accounts to determine whether life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need for plan reassessment.
  8. Conduct competitor analysis.
  9. Other duties relating to the role 

Qualifications
  1. First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics etc.
  2. Minimum 2 years post national service work experience in sales, preferably in the retail space
