KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- . Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- . Handle employee on boarding processes.
- . Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- . Provide support in performance management and employee development.
- . Address employee queries and concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
- . Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- . Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- . Conduct employee engagement surveys and propose improvement initiatives.
- . Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- . Support payroll processing and benefits administration
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- . A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management /Business Administration or a relevant field.
- . A Professional certificate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
- . Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
- . Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
KNOWLEDGE:
- . Experience with HRIS systems and data management
- . Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
