Organizational Setting and Reporting
The Corporate Sales Executive is located within the Commercial & Business Development Directorate of
AbtonCrafters. The role reports to the Head of Sales & Partnerships and is responsible for acquiring, managing, and
growing corporate and institutional accounts.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Sales Executive. The individual will drive B2B sales, secure new institutional clients, and grow existing accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, pitching, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating with operations on trip delivery, and ensuring set revenue targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new corporate, government, and institutional clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate and close B2B travel, conference, and group packages.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (HR, Admin, CEOs, Directors).
• Coordinate with Operations and Reservations to ensure smooth delivery of booked trips.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and sales reports.
• Support the Head of Sales & Partnerships in meeting overall departmental targets.

• Strong B2B Sales and Account Management skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Target-driven mindset with resilience and persistence.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Tourism, Economics or related field).
• 2–3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or corporate relations.
• Experience selling services to institutions or corporate clients is an advantage.
Performance Targets
• GHS 100,000 minimum monthly revenue.
• Minimum 2 new or renewed corporate deals per month.
• At least 10 passengers contributed annually to major flagship trips.
Salary
• GHS 4,500/month (Possible increase after probation period based on performance)
• Attractive commission on closed deals.
