Customer & Tech Support
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service or IT support
- Familiar with Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
KEY REPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer queries via chat, phone, or email
- Log & track support tickets; escalate when needed
- Resolve common tech issues professionally
- Collect customer feedback & report insights
- Support product/service onboarding & FAQS
