The Site Resident Engineer will provide on-site technical oversight and engineering supervision for mine development, civil works, infrastructure and related construction activities. The role will ensure that works are executed safely, efficiently, to approved designs and specifications, within agreed schedules and in compliance with applicable Ghanaian mining, engineering and environmental requirements.

Core Duties

1. Provide day-to-day engineering supervision of mine development and infrastructure works.
2. Supervise the construction and development of haul roads, access roads, drainage systems, platforms, stockpile areas, workshops, processing facilities, water infrastructure and other mine-site facilities.

The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and improving the Company’s health, safety and environmental systems across its hard-rock and alluvial mining operations. The role will ensure compliance with applicable Ghanaian mining, occupational health, environmental and safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across mine sites, processing areas, workshops, camps and other operational facilities.

Core Duties

1. Implement and monitor the Company’s HSE policies, procedures, standards and programmes.
